Food Drive Challenge Has Begun!

Catholic Charities will be sponsoring a food drive challenge during the month of October and St. Agnes School will once again participate.  We are the reigning champions of this competition for two years running and we would like to “three-peat” this year :).  Our school will be competing against the other Springfield Catholic schools for treats from Pease’s and Mel-o-Cream.

Food donations will be accepted beginning Thursday, October 1 and continuing through Friday October 30. The donations will be used for Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets provided by the Holy Family Food Pantry.

The following is a list of items needed:  boxed stuffing mix, instant mashed potatoes, gravy packets, boxed macaroni and cheese, boxed cake mix, toilet paper and bars of soap.
