All Kindergarten thru 8th grade families are asked to purchase $2,000 in SCRIP gift cards or complete the "buyout" of the program. This buyout amount is to be determined.
All K-8 families are required to perform 20 hours of service during the school year. Each hour not completed incurs a $20 charge (up to $400). -
Financial Aid
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for St. Agnes School. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by May 1 for the following school year. Please click the link below to apply online. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment requires the following information:
- Signed and completed paper application
- Payment for the $30.00 application fee
- Copies of your most recent tax forms, including all supporting tax schedules
- Copies of your most recent W-2 form for both you and your spouse
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation and TANF
